Office Manager
When you call for me, you'll most likely interact with Heidi who will set you up with an appointment. Heidi lives in Montana and takes calls while I am in session. She will answer any questions you have in regards to Internal Resolutions. She answers calls between 10am and 4pm MST. If you don't make contact upon your initial call, leave a message and Heidi or I will return your call within one two business days.
Location
I am in downtown Helper across from the post office, next to Parkway Dental, and underneath Matsuda's Acupuncture clinic. You will find me by locating the stairs to the left of the building.
For your appointments, please text me when you arrive in case I am in session with someone. I will notify you when it's okay to come in.

Telehealth
Telehealth adds flexibility to scheduling and is a great way to stay connected to your therapist. It is perfect if you are not feeling well, struggle finding daycare, or live in an area with limited access to providers. I offer HIPAA-compliant video-conferencing to ensure your confidentiality. With COVID-19, insurances are now permitting telehealth sessions, making therapy more accessible than ever. With telehealth, I can see anyone who is in the state of Utah.
Billing
Individual therapy sessions are billed at $125 per one hour session. Costs will vary for other services. I accept Aetna, BCBS, DMBA, EMI, Medicare, Optum, PEHP, and United Healthcare. Payment is expected at the time of session.

Heather is located in the lower portion, 42 S Main Street, taking the stairs on the left-hand side.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified me at least 72 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a missed appointment fee charged at the full cost of the session. All missed appointment fees must be paid before scheduling another appointment.
